4. Minimum Order Requirement
All orders must meet a minimum order value of £30 GBP after discounts, promotions, gift cards, store credits, and promotional offers have been applied.
Orders below the required minimum amount may be canceled at BrComfy's discretion.
In exceptional circumstances, BrComfy may choose to accept orders with a final value of £26 GBP. Such exceptions are granted solely at BrComfy's discretion and are not guaranteed.
5. Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
BrComfy reserves the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Inventory shortages
- Pricing or listing errors
- Fraud prevention reviews
- Payment verification issues
- Violation of store policies
- Suspicious purchasing activity
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or shipping.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, packaging, or has been transferred to a shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a shipment does not constitute a valid order cancellation.
7. Shipping & Fulfilment
BrComfy works with trusted international fulfillment and logistics partners to provide reliable shipping and broad delivery coverage.
Orders may be processed, packed, shipped, or delivered by third-party fulfillment providers and logistics companies.
Tracking updates may reference external fulfillment centers, shipping facilities, or logistics providers.
This does not affect the authenticity, quality, or warranty of any product purchased from BrComfy.
Delivery times provided on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
8. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Monitoring shipment tracking updates
- Accepting delivery of their order
- Collecting shipments from pickup locations where applicable
BrComfy shall not be liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from:

9. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit
Returns, refunds, store credits, and exchanges are governed by the BrComfy Return & Refund Policy.
The method of refund shall be determined by BrComfy based on the circumstances of the claim.
Refunds to the original payment method may be issued where BrComfy confirms:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item arrived significantly damaged
- The item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival
- A fulfillment or shipping error was made by BrComfy
For other approved claims, BrComfy may issue compensation in the form of:
- Store Credit
- Replacement Products
- Partial Refunds
- Alternative Resolutions
The issuance of store credit, replacement products, partial refunds, or full refunds shall be determined solely by BrComfy based on the circumstances of each claim.
10. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
BrComfy actively monitors transactions, returns, refunds, and payment disputes for fraud and abuse.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Deny returns or refunds
- Restrict future purchases
- Block customer accounts
- Contest chargebacks using supporting evidence
Supporting evidence may include:
- Delivery confirmation records
- Tracking information
- Customer communications
- Policy acceptance records
- Order history
- Photographic evidence
