1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed withinย 1โ€“3 business daysย after successful payment confirmation.

During promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume sales events, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

  • Standard Shipping:ย Approximately 7โ€“15 business days
  • Express Shipping:ย Delivery times vary by destination and carrier availability

Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, carrier operations, local delivery conditions, weather events, and other circumstances beyond our control.


3. International Fulfilment & Manufacturing Partners

BrComfy works with a network of trusted manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, and fulfilment partners located in multiple countries to ensure product quality, inventory availability, and efficient global shipping.

As a result, products may be manufactured, stored, processed, packaged, or shipped from locations outside the United Kingdom, including but not limited to China and other international fulfilment hubs.

Tracking information, shipping labels, customs declarations, return addresses, courier updates, or package origin details may therefore reference countries, warehouses, logistics providers, or fulfilment centers that differ from the customer's location or BrComfy's primary business operations.

The country of dispatch, manufacturing location, warehouse location, fulfilment center location, or shipping origin shall not be considered grounds for cancellation, return, refund, dispute, chargeback, or product misrepresentation claims.

This does not affect the authenticity, quality, functionality, or warranty coverage of any product purchased from BrComfy.


4. Shipping & Tracking Information

Customers may receive tracking information from third-party logistics providers and shipping carriers used by BrComfy.

Tracking updates may take up toย 72 hoursย to appear after shipment confirmation.

Temporary tracking delays do not necessarily indicate that a shipment has been lost.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by their country's authorities.

BrComfy has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.


6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Monitoring shipment tracking updates
  • Accepting delivery when attempted
  • Collecting parcels from pickup locations when required

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Failure to collect the parcel
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

are not considered shipping failures by BrComfy.

Shipping fees remain non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


7. Lost, Delayed & Stolen Packages

While BrComfy works closely with shipping partners to ensure successful delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Government actions
  • Force majeure events
  • Local delivery disruptions

Claims regarding lost shipments will be investigated using carrier tracking records and delivery confirmation data.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may not qualify for replacement or refund.


8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled withinย 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or shipping.

Once an order has entered fulfilment, packaging, processing, or shipment, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a shipped order does not constitute a valid cancellation.
